退貨條款


 

退貨條款:

 

為避免雙方發生爭議,當顧客收到商品後,請即時檢查商品是否完整。如發現有問題,顧客可在簽收商品後的48小時內,清楚拍下該件商品有問題的部分及包裝袋上的標籤,連同訂單編號及商品編號,以電郵方式上傳到info@groundwork.com.hk . 經Groundwork簽收商品並作進一步評估以確定商品是否是有缺陷的。正常磨損導致的損壞商品是不被視為有缺陷的。如果確定商品是有缺陷的,我們便會為顧客進行退換貨處理。所有訂單一經確認,將不可作任何更改。

 

基於以下條件,可對商品進行退貨:
1. 商品有損壞
2. 商品與照片截然不同(需詳細及合理地列明不同之處)
3. 與訂購之尺碼不同(例如: 訂購M碼,收到的是S碼)
4. 商品比產品頁內列明的尺寸超出2CM以上的誤差
5. 錯配商品

因商品質量問題或配送失誤,退回商品運費及寄出重訂商品時的運費均由Groundwork承擔。

換貨申請只接受重訂同款同色的商品。若重訂之商品缺貨, Groundwork將會退還商品的同等貨款。

 

以下情況不予辦理退貨:
1. 等候發貨時間太長
2. 個別商品斷貨而要求訂單的其他商品退款
3. 因運送問題而延誤送遞時間
4. 缺少隨商品附帶的吊牌、標籤
5. 缺少隨商品附帶的贈品、配件
6. 已付款的訂單不能修改商品顏色、款式及尺寸
7. 商品有洗滌過的痕跡
8. 超過退貨要求的期限
9. 主觀原因,如:極小污點、小線頭、皮製商品的面料輕微脫落、質料比想像中差、穿上不好看等
10. 人為破損
11. 商品在回收並進行檢查後,並沒有存在顧客申請退換貨時所提出之問題,或商品不符合退換貨的基本原則
12. 顧客未能在退換申請通過後之48小時內返還需退換之商品
13. 要求Groundwork人員到某地點取回退件
14. 針織類的商品因穿著時摩擦所引起的毛粒

 

因以下原因而產生的退貨,恕無法根據品質問題退貨為您處理:

1. 由於燈光,電腦顯示器色差,或個人對顏色、深淺度的理解等不同,以及拍攝時燈光照射等原因,導致照片與實物可能存在一些色差。此類並不屬於商品品質問題。
2. 商品詳情頁面提供標準體型尺碼表/實物平鋪測量尺寸,供您參考;由於手工測量、批次不同或者個人的測量方法標準等原因,可能與您的測量結果略有差異。
3. 請您在收到商品后及時檢查商品是否完好,並進行試穿,及時提出退貨要求。超過一個月以上的品質問題恕無法為您操作退貨。棉質商品由於試穿可能導致變形,因此不能完全按照網站上尺寸標準要求退換。
4. 某些商品會存在特殊的製作工藝或復古做舊設計,不屬於品質問題。

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

In order to prevent disputes, customers are recommended to check the good(s) upon receipt. If there are any quality issues, please report to us by emailing to info@groundwork.com.hk within 48 hours with the followings attached: clear photo of the good(s) and it’s label, order number and product code. Customers are required to take photos which show the defects or other product problem(s) for our initial verification. After Groundwork examinated and once we confirmed it meets the Return Policy, we will arrange returns immediately. All orders are confirmed, will not be making any changes.

 

Goods can be returned based on below conditions:
1. Good(s) with damages
2. Items are different from the photos shown in the website (with reasonable explanation)
3. Size is difference (e.g. received size S while you ordered size M)
4. A size tolerance exceed 2cm
5. Wrong item(s) distribution

 

Groundwork will be paying for the return shipping fee when refund / exchanged is accepted.

Exchange applications are only accepted for the same style and color of the product. Any re-order of “out of stock” items, Groundwork will refund the exact amount of price purchased.

The following reasons are not accepted for returns:

1. Washed or worn items, or items that have been damaged by your usage
2. Items lacking original labels, price tags and packaging.
3. Items lacking accessories that were sold together with the original product
4. Merchandise that exceeded the returns timeframe
5. Stock matching period is too long
6. Request refund for the rest of items, of the order which contained item(s) are out of stock
7. Delivery delayed due to courier’s issue
8. Reason of “Items’ color, model and size cannot be amended of paid order”
9. Subjective reason(s): minor stains; un-sewed thread; tiny pieces shed in leather products; materials used is different from expectation; unsatisfied with the appearance once wearing.
10. Artificially damaged
11. After the examination on the item(s), the reported problem(s)/defects has NOT be found or it does not included in our Return Policy
12. Item(s) are failed to return to us within 48 hours after exchange request is approved
13. Request our staff to collect the returned item(s) personally from a specific address
14. Pilling or neps appeared because of friction for knits

 

Due to following reasons, we will not arrange any returns as they are not regarded as quality problems

1. Color Discrepancy: Products’ color might be slightly different when viewing by various monitors. Individual perception of color and the lighting during photographing will also affect the products displayed in the pictures. Kindly refer to the actual product for the color definition
2. “Product details” pages provide a standard figure size / physical measurements for your reference; since manual measurement, different batches or individual standard measurement methods and other reasons, may be slightly different from your measurement results.
3. Please check the product and try on promptly whether it is in good condition, request returns promptly if necessary. For quality problems, product(s) cannot be returned if it is received for more than a month. For cotton products, it may cause deformation since tried on, therefore it cannot be returned according to the standards.
4. Some special production process or old retro design will exist thus they do not belong to quality problems.
